I went to a community college as well as Lewis University before heading off to Illinois State University, where I earned multiple degrees. Specifically, I earned an undergraduate English degree and an M.S. writing degree, with a concentration in teaching composition. My experience includes teaching composition to students attending Western Illinois University, the University of St. Francis, and South Suburban College. Moreover, I have served in the capacity of a fill-in teacher, a tour guide, an instructor at 1910 Museum, and more.I gain a great deal of satisfaction from teaching others, whether this involves instructing people about new technology or book knowledge. My passion is to share what I know with those who can benefit from it. Subjects that I'm particularly interested in tutoring include mathematics, language arts, writing, and history.When I'm not working, I like to tend to my garden as well as spend quality time with my son.
